November Messenger 2020 | Posted November 16, 2020

Forms and payment are due Dec. 31, 2020

Physicians, it’s time to renew. Before Dec. 31, 2020, please log in to the physician portal to:

  • Complete your Renewal Information Form (RIF)
  • Complete any Professional Corporation Information Forms (PCIF), if applicable*
  • Pay your fees

*For PCs with multiple shareholders: Only the designated physician will see the PC renewal information in the physician portal. Once completed, we’ll post the PC permit and receipt for ALL shareholders.

Enrolled in PAP?

Make your renewal one step easier by enrolling in our Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) plan by Nov. 23. We’ll automatically withdraw your payment on Dec. 1. Don’t forget, all PAP plan members must still complete their information form(s).

Patient Relations: Part 1 module

If you did not complete the Patient Relations: Part 1 module, you will need to complete this mandatory training by Dec. 31, 2020. This training is required under Alberta’s Health Professions Act, and is necessary to renew your CPSA practice permit. The module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and is eligible for CPD credits.

Can’t remember if you completed the module? Log in to the module and go to the overview page. If the module has been fully completed, you will see the option to print your course certificate at the top of the page.
