Address
It says something is missing from the address, but I can’t see what it is.
It’s likely one of the questions describing the practice. Select “Edit” to change the address and then select “Next” to find the missing information.
How do I enter an international address as my primary address?
This can be done in two ways:
- Start typing your address in the “Search for an address” field. When you start typing, at the bottom of the dropdown list, you will see “Canada” listed as the country, but if you click the dropdown, you can select any country of your choice.
- You can use the “Address Override” toggle to make the greyed-out address fields editable and manually enter your international address.
What if only the first three characters of the postal code pop up?
Use the “Address Override” toggle to manually update your postal code.

Other
I am looking to retire this year. How does this impact my annual renewal?
You still need to complete your annual renewal form to let us know that you are retiring. Visit the retirement webpage on our website to see what else you need to do before retirement. General questions
Why aren’t the professional addresses pre-populated this year?
Due to the technical issues with the address fields during last year’s annual renewal, we wanted to make sure we captured up-to-date information for this year to ensure the information in our system is accurate. CPSA intends to return to pre-populated professional address information in the future.
