How will CPSA verify PPIP activities self-reported via the Renewal Information Form?

An audit process will identify physicians who will be asked to verify the information submitted on their Renewal Information Form.

Physicians are randomly selected for an audit process, to verify the information submitted on their Renewal Information Form.
