What information should I keep or submit the CPSA about my PPIP activities?

Physicians should retain information about the data used as part of the activity (objective or feedback), as well as action plans and any documentation related to their PPIP activity. CPSA would only request verification to confirm participation. Physicians are not required to submit the results of their PPIP activities.
