I would not be comfortable with a physician who is not allowed to use their own conscience in providing medical advice for patient care. It would make me wary of such doctors and their advice. During the pandemic, a lot of trust in the medical establishment was eroded. This draft proposal is NOT helping to re-establish that broken trust.
