Normalizing euthanasia will reinforce the hopelessness inherent in mental illness and erode the support offered them by the community. To be human is to be vulnerable. To be a citizen of Canada with a mental disorder or disability will be dangerous if Bill C-7 amendment is passed. I am totally against this change in wording that would force doctors who are opposed to MAID and abortion to refer their patients to a medical professional willing to commit these heinous acts. The only doctors left in Alberta will be those willing to do harm to their patients. This is not the Canada I'm proud of
