I don’t support expansion of MAID for Mature Minors. Children are always the most vulnerable. It’s our job as parents/ adults to protect and nurture. The term “Mature Minor” doesn’t even make sense. Adolescents are not fully mature in many cases till they are in their 20’s. Insurance companies know this and charge accordingly. Expansion of MAID for this demographic would be a crime.
