2026 annual renewal opens on Nov. 3

The 2026 annual renewal for physicians and physician assistants runs from Nov. 3 to Dec. 31, 2025. Keep an eye on your inbox for the first notice in early November!
Don’t miss a message
To make sure you receive all important annual renewal messages, please confirm that CPSA (info@cpsa.ab.ca) has been added to your safe sender list and ensure your email address is up-to-date and unique, as shared email addresses are not permitted. If you’d like to update your preferred email address, you can do so by logging into your CPSA Portal.
Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) on Portal
Regulated members who have signed up for CPSA’s PAP Plan for their member and/or professional corporation annual renewal will now be able to see their PAP information on CPSA Portal. Learn more about how to access this and what it will look like with our PAP Portal Guide. Not sure if you signed up for PAP? This will be indicated in your Portal. You can enrol in PAP on our website any time on or before Nov. 20, 2025. If you are signed up for PAP, your annual fees will be withdrawn from your bank account on Dec. 1, 2025.
