Become a Sponsor

Before international medical graduates can enter the workforce, they must first apply for a sponsored position.

Sponsorship helps support community-based health care.

Before an international medical graduate (IMG) who doesn’t qualify for the Approved Jurisdiction Route can enter the workforce, they must first apply for a sponsored position.

If there is a position within your practice or community for an IMG to fill, you must submit an application with CPSA to become a sponsor of that position.
