Emails from Professional Conduct look different—find out why
Back to MessengerRead time: 1 minute
To streamline our complaints process, the Professional Conduct team will soon launch an online Complaints Centre. Using a case management software called Case IQ (previously known as i-Sight), Albertans will be able to submit complaints to CPSA through a secure, online form.
What does this mean for physicians?
One feature of Case IQ is the ability to share large files. Going forward, if you are involved in a complaint, you will receive an email notification from Case IQ with instructions on how to access your complaint documents. The email will come from @cpsa.i-sight.com, with the subject line CPSA Complaint. If possible, please add the @cpsa.i-sight.com domain to your email’s safe list so these messages don’t go to your spam folder.
More information about the Complaints Centre is coming in January’s issue of The Messenger.
