2025 annual renewal fee reduction

We are pleased to announce that Council has approved a 10% reduction to 2025 physician and physician assistant annual renewal fees, including postgraduate trainees. For the upcoming annual renewal, your fees will be reduced from $2200 to $2000. Watch for further details on Council’s approved budget for 2025 in the November edition of  The Messenger!

Enter to win with Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)

If you haven’t already, make sure to sign-up for CPSA’s Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) plan so that you can rest easy knowing your annual renewal fees will be automatically withdrawn in December of each year. This year, signing up for PAP before Nov. 21 automatically enters you into a draw for one of ten $250 rebates towards your 2025 annual renewal fees.

When you sign up for PAP, you are helping CPSA put funds that would have been used towards credit card processing fees back into programs that help us better support physicians across Alberta. As a thank you to those who have supported the PAP program over the years, in addition to the draw for new PAP users, we will be entering regulated members who were signed up for PAP before Sept. 5, 2024 into a draw for a chance to win one of four $250 rebates for their 2025 annual renewal fees. Thank you for investing in your practice!
