RFP: General contractor

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is seeking bids from general contractors for interior improvements to approximately 42,000 square feet of office space over three phases. The office space will be occupied during demolition and construction other than the immediate area of work. 

Important note: A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on Tuesday, June 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. at CPSA’s downtown office space. Please meet at the Triovest security desk of TELUS House at ATB Place. You will be asked to fill out a sign-in sheet to confirm general contractor attendance. You may invite subtrades to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection.

The deadline for bids is 2 p.m. mountain time on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
