What will happen if my physician or physician assistant is found guilty of unprofessional conduct?

The Hearings Director’s Office will notify the parties involved of the Hearing Tribunal’s decision. The Tribunal will also determine the appropriate sanction for regulated members found guilty of unprofessional conduct. The decision on sanction can occur on the same day as the hearing or at a later date.
