CPSA office closed for the holidays

CPSA’s office is closed from 12 noon on Dec. 24, 2025, through Jan. 1, 2026. Our team is not monitoring or responding to voicemail or email messages during this time. We will re-open at 8:15 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2026.

For urgent requests during our office closure, please call 1-800-561-3899. For all other inquiries, including those about annual renewal, please email support@cpsa.ca and we will respond when our office re-opens. Your practice permit will remain active in the meantime.
