Consider working with our Health & Practice Conditions Monitoring team as a service provider!

CPSA’s Health & Practice Conditions Monitoring (HPCM) team supports regulated members who are dealing with a health condition, which safeguards their capacity to provide safe, high-quality patient care. To ensure impartial decisions and to maintain physician privacy, HPCM works with independent third parties to provide monitoring services and independent medical examinations (IMEs), as required.

We are currently accepting applications from independent third-party providers to conduct IMEs for regulated members participating in the program.

We are particularly interested in expanding our roster of IME service providers to include those with expertise in Occupational Medicine and other relevant disciplines. This will help us enhance service capacity and diversify the areas of clinical expertise available.

Eligible applicants include individual physicians and organizations with at least one regulated health professional on staff, who have experience conducting evidence-based, guideline-driven IMEs that meet CPSA’s criteria and competencies.

You can learn more about the program, review the criteria, competencies and duties for independent medical examiners and view our current list of HPCM service providers on CPSA’s website here:
