I filed a complaint against a physician. How and when will I receive updates about it?

Within 30 days of receiving your complaint submission, a member of our Intake Team will review your submission and prepare a letter outlining the next steps in the process.. When filing out our complaint form, you will be asked to select whether you’d prefer to receive updates about your complaint by email or mail.

• If you select mail, we will send update letters to the mailing address provided.
• If you select email, please be sure to monitor your inbox for letters and notifications from CPSA.
• Some notifications may be time sensitive or require your response.
