Canadian Advanced Learning in Bariatric Care (CALIBRE) course
The Canadian Advanced Learning in Bariatric Care (CALIBRE) course is designed to enhance and upgrade the knowledge of physicians in obesity management. This course is ideal for physicians who want to integrate and implement obesity management into their current practice and who are looking for tools and resources on how to respectfully and sensitively manage obesity. Topics include determinants of obesity, weight bias, evidence-based obesity treatments and more.
Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) monthly webinars
Take part in diverse and impactful CPD through Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) monthly webinars. Each month until June 2023, ACFP will offer one of two popular webinar series on topics ranging from chronic pain to quality improvement to billing codes. The next session, Innovations in Addiction Medicine, is scheduled for Nov. 24, 2022.
