Dr. Ziyaad Noor withdrawn from practice amid criminal charges

Dr. Ziyaad Noor, a general practitioner based in Calgary, was arrested by the Lethbridge Police Service on Aug. 13, and charged with the following criminal offences:
- sexual interference
- invitation to sexual touching
- sexual assault
- sexual assault causing bodily harm
- sexual assault – party to offence with another person
- aggravated sexual assault
- trafficking persons under 18
Dr. Noor has withdrawn from practice at this time. CPSA will conduct their own investigation into the matter.
